I'm always a sucker for a high-waisted pleated skirt (don't ask me but I currently own 3 and see no reason not to introduce a bright yellow one into the collection)

you can imagine my excitement when I stumbled across this beauty in the
Blaque Label booth at market in New York last week!
This
is a great way for those of you nervous about this season's neons and
bright bold colors. Pair it with a white tee or tank and sandals (flat
or platform) this summer. Or, if you're ready for a burst of color right
now, throw on a jacket and a pair of tights and add a knee-high flat
boot. We love the way it's styled below with a blazer and scarf.
