Awards season is in full swing and our favorite fashionista's showed up to the Screen Actors Guild Awards in full force last night. After rounding up our favorite looks from last night, we realized we were partial to Ivory and Pink! Each of the six ladies below, oozed glamour, confidence & all had a jaw dropping aspect to their look.
Danai Gurira rocked one of our favorite trends for Spring 2019, feathers! The feather bodice was an attention grabber, while the straight silhouette of her Ralph + Russo gown balanced her out. We adored Laura Harrier in custody Loewe, playing on the neon trend that is so big for Spring. She looked sleek in the asymmetrical hemmed dress and the puff sleeves added the perfect touch! In my eyes, Margot Robbie can do no wrong on the red carpet. Her stylist Kate Young, dressed the Chanel ambassador in a beige and ivory gown perfectly encapsulating the neutral beige trend picking up speed for Spring. We can't get over the thread and bead detailing that adorns the bodice and lines throughout her dress.
Extra or over the top dressing was big on the 2019 Spring runways from Marc Jacobs to Rodarte and we thought three ladies stood out from the rest in this trend last night. Gemma Chan, of Crazy Rich Asians fame, rocked a stunning blush Oscar De La Renta one shoulder gown. The skirt of her dress had 250 silk taffeta petals that were embroidered by hand - now THAT is intricate! Lady Gaga wowed in a beautiful frayed-edge, wrap-waist Dior Haute Couture dress that debuted on the runway LAST WEEK! Girl definitely knows how to make an entrance this awards season. Rounding out our best dressed list is Yara Shahidi in a gorgeous blush two piece outfit from Fendi. The base of the sheer number was a blush sequin, sleeveless catsuit that was topped with a sheer tulle dress. If you take a closer look, the tulle dress is intricately beaded and has a stunning beaded collar. I always look forward to what Yara and her stylist, Jason Bolden, put together - they're never afraid to take a fashion risk! It was definitely one of the most unique outfits of the night!
